Steve Watmough

CEO since co-founding the Company, Steve's corporate IT career spans more than 20 years. Prior to launching Xantus, Steve was director of an IT and Telecommunications Consultancy. Previously, he spent ten years with The Boots Company, responsible for developing IT and network strategies for businesses across this international retail, healthcare and manufacturing organisation.

Dave Yip

A co-founding Director of Xantus, Dave has extensive consultancy experience gained with major public and private sector organisations.

He has an in-depth understanding of the business drivers of today’s large organisations, and marries this with his detailed market knowledge and technological understanding to make him an industry expert on new technology strategies and leading edge solutions.

Dave heads up Xantus' Public Sector practice.

Phil Crozier

A Director of Xantus, Phil has many years consultancy experience advising the CIO organisation within global corporates and FTSE 100 companies.

Phil is a specialist client-side advisor in IT strategy, outsourcing and service procurement, business case development, benchmarking and service implementation.

Phil is head of Xantus' Financial Services practice.

Heath Jackson

A Director of Xantus, Heath has spent over 17 years working in the IT industry. Moving into consultancy in 1995, Heath worked previously for two IT consulting groups before becoming a founding member of Xantus.

Heath holds a wealth of experience of the impact of IT change; from the technology, service, commercial and people perspectives.

Heath is head of Xantus' Global Clients business which includes Retail, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Utilities and FMCG organisations.

Rebecca Kerry

Financial Director of Xantus, Rebecca has over 10 years corporate experience since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Rebecca was formerly Financial Director of a leading IT consultancy and has been involved in the sector for seven years.

Rebecca is responsible for all financial, administrative and HR activities at Xantus.
