Working at Xantus
So what is it really like to work at Xantus? We asked our team if they would like to comment on this, and they said:
“At Xantus, there are no obstacles to achieving success. The company offers support whenever you need it and doesn’t try to direct success through overly engineered processes”
Mark Graham, Managing Consultant
“Throughout the recruitment process, I got the impression that Xantus people were friendly and good to work with. Since joining the company, this feeling has been confirmed. Additionally, it has been very pleasing to find that the management really do care about people's work/life balance and do not just pay lip service to the philosophy."
Neil Manley, Consultant
“Working at Xantus is more like belonging to a club of like-minded individuals than being part of a corporate machine. The quality of colleagues, and their willingness to help you with their experience and knowledge, is very empowering”
David Upton, Managing Consultant
All of which is great to hear - not that we’re resting on our laurels!
Each year we ask Best Companies, the organisation behind the "Best UK Companies to Work For" survey published in the Sunday Times, to carry out a satisfaction survey with our team. The aim was to find out what was good and what areas we need to improve. The results reflected the comments above and showed that Xantus employees were more positive about the views on the Company, the Leadership, and their Personal Growth than that of other Consultancies within the Best Companies survey framework.
We’re naturally delighted to receive positive reinforcement in these areas and at the same time, we’re concentrating on those areas where we didn’t exceed expectation - because our people are all focused on delivering excellence and surpassing customer expectation, so naturally, as a company we strive to do the same.
