One of the world's leading drinks businesses operating across 180 market set out to revitalise its IT service delivery capability and transition from a single-supplier to a multi-supplier sourcing model.
The client was establishing a new infrastructure contract with its primary supplier. At the same time it was transitioning component infrastructure services to new suppliers. This created the need to define the retained organisation, clarify supplier interfaces and highlight capabilities the retained organisation will need to manage a multi-sourced environment, commercially and technically.
