A director of Xantus, Heath has spent over 17 years working in the IT industry. Moving into consultancy in 1995, Heath worked previously for two IT consulting groups before becoming a founding member of Xantus. Heath holds a wealth of experience of the impact of IT change; from the technology, service, commercial and people perspectives.

Heath is head of Xantus' global clients business which includes retail, manufacturing, healthcare and pharmaceuticals and consumer product organisations.
