James is an associate director within Xantus. He has significant experience in the networking and IT industry and has advised many clients on services, architecture and strategic sourcing solutions across a wide variety of network and IT technologies. As head of the Xantus' sourcing practice, James has an extensive knowledge of the marketplace and direct understanding of the structure and complexities of global sourcing deals.

Prior to joining Xantus, James worked for one of the UK’s largest telecommunications providers, looking after some of the strategic financial services accounts.
