An associate director of Xantus, Mac is a highly qualified and regarded IT specialist, with more than 30 years of real-life business and technology experience.

Mac understands both the non-technical and technical aspects of IT at a practical, business and commercial level. He is a strong communicator, able to build relationships at executive level and capable of translating IT issues into plain English.

His skills cover strategy, architecture, management and commercial negotiation. Mac has experience of both applications and infrastructure architecture; running his own software house for 7 years and with more than 15 years experience working with clients to deliver pragmatic infrastructure architecture solutions.

Mac manages the architecture practice within Xantus and has a particular interest in the role of architecture in the delivery of sustainable, cost effective, management of IT infrastructure and applications.
