Paul is an experienced business and IT professional with over 18 years IT experience in both consulting and senior client-side management roles.

He has led a number of high profile IT and business transformation assignments in the public and private sector and now manages the company's public services division.

Paul has advised senior clients within IT sourcing and procurement strategies through to transition delivery and benefits realisation. He has in depth experience of leading multi-million pound IT programme delivery, working as a supplier, customer and client advisory role working with and on behalf of service providers and managing third party relationships to ensure clients and organisations get value for money from the IT investment.
